The Drunken Goat Returns/Exchanges Policy...
We are very selective of our products at The Drunken Goat and believe that you will be delighted with your product. However there maybe occasions where you feel it is necessary to return an item to us. We have tried to make this as simple a procedure as possible.
Faulty Item
It is unlikely, but if you receive a faulty item from us - please notify us by email of the faulty item and return the item to us at the address below and we will be happy to refund or exchange the product to you.
You will however be responsible for freight costs,and responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please obtain proof of posting (registered mail) from your Post Office.

Drunken Goat Security Policy
Security and confidentiality are the Drunken Goats top priorities at all time and we guarantee to safeguard all Debit and Credit Card transactions by not storing card details and by not posting credit card details out with purchases thereby helping to eliminate security breaches. When you place an order with us it is secure server so your credit card details are protected. Concerns and Problems We at The Drunken Goat Brewing Company hope it never happens but if you do have a problem rest assured we are committed to providing 100% satisfaction and will follow through and deal with any situations that have arisen. Delivery Details Australia We advise we will accept orders from cardholders only and we will not deliver to Post Office boxes unless a Money Order is sent in advance (this is for the protection of our customers to safeguard against fraudulent use of the card). Unbreakable goods will not be sent by courier, they will be sent via the Post Office and insurance will be included in the charges.
